Travel Warning to Thailand
Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office issued a travel warning for Traveler to Thailand. Since there are various ongoing conflicts in the subsequent locations, FCDO warns avoiding travelling unless required traveling to the districts of the south, along the bordering areas Thailand and Malaysia.

- Narathiwat Province
- southern Songkhla Province –
- south of the A43 road between Hat Yai and Sakom
- south of the train line which runs between Hat Yai and Padang Besar
FCDO also advises against all but essential travel on the Hat Yai to Padang Besar train line that runs through these provinces.
Travel Warning in the Listed area has been due to regular terrorist attacks in the provinces by the border with Malaysia.
Travel Warning due to Heavy rains and flooding in Thailand
Flooding and heavy rainfall are currently plaguing regions of Thailand. Severe flooding has been forecasting in the north of Thailand. Warnings have been issued by local officials regarding regions close to the Ping River, including the core region of Chiang Mai. Keep an eye out and respect the authorities in your area. Wheater reports are forecasting Thunderstorms from 1st October till 6th Oct 2024.
